Friday,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], July 1Day ShiftRobert Marrs,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], 41,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], of the 1300 block of Michigan,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for alleged probation violations. Upon arrival,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it was discovered that some of the wood chips in the median had caught fire. Highway 70 West,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop and charged with unlawful use of a license,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], driving while revoked with the arrest clause; possession of dangerous drugs; possession of paraphernalia; speeding and no insurance. July 2,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], someone entered her unsecured black 2000 Cadillac four-door while it was parked on the street in front of the residence. A purse belonging to someone else was removed from the vehicle and later located as property found behind Olympian University. An investigation revealed that Justice entered Wendy's and allegedly removed a donation box from the counter,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], causing damage. Further investigation revealed that Justice had also allegedly committed an auto burglary earlier in the day. Justice was charged with auto burglary,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], two counts of larceny,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], two counts of criminal damage and tampering with evidence. She was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A 15-year-old girl was referred to the Juvenile Probation and Parole Office for trespassing and another 15-year-old girl was referred to JPPO for minor allowing self to be served,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], resisting or obstructing officers and trespassing. Once inside the vehicle,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the suspects removed one music CD. Dozier was found to be allegedly huffing paint in her vehicle in the 1200 block of Indiana. Bridgeman was incarcerated at OCDC in lieu of bond pending his appearance in court.
