Titans move Kevin Walter to regular season PUP in first round of cuts
APThe Titans joined the rest of the NFL in moving to 75-man rosters on Tuesday and one of the moves they made to get there will delay the start of veteran wide receiver Kevin Walter's season. The Titans will keep Walter on the PUP list into the regular season, giving him more time to recover from back surgery before he gets back on the field. Walter, who has 356 catches in his 10-year NFL career, will be out for the first six weeks of the regular season and can resume practicing at any point between Weeks 7 and 11. If he does, he'll have a three-week window to get activated to the roster or miss the entire season. The Titans also waived/injured safety Markelle Martin, a 2011 sixth-round pick who missed his entire rookie season with an injury as well. Linebacker Greg Jones was also waived/injured and tight end DeMarco Cosby was dispatched with an injury settlement. In addition to those moves, the Titans have waived tackle Barry Richardson. Richardson had 49 career starts with the Rams and Chiefs when he signed with the Titans in June, but number 50 won't be coming in Tennessee unless the Titans decide to bring him back after a point when they'd need to guarantee his salary for the entire season.Linebacker Kadarron Anderson, center Eloy Atkinson, cornerback George Baker, kicker Maikon Bonani,Christian Louboutin Men, wide receiver Diondre Borel, wide receiver Justin Hilton, christian louboutin uk, guard Oscar Johnson, wide receiver Roberto Wallace, tight end Martell Webb and safety Tracy Wilson were also cut from the roster.
