| Bucks claim last playoff spot in the East with 100-83 win over Toronto
MILWAUKEE, April 6 () -- Monta Ellis helped send Milwaukee roaring to a strong first half Saturday and the Bucks clinched a playoff spot by pummeling Toronto 100-83.Milwaukee leads Philadelphia by six games with six to play in the fight for the No. 8 spot in the Eastern Conference standings. Even if the Bucks should lose every game from this point and Philadelphia wins all of its contests, Milwaukee would claim the playoff berth because it won the season series from the 76ers 3-1.The Bucks built a 19-point halftime lead and coasted from there with Ellis scoring 22 points.
