LAS VEGAS, April 11 () -- A Las Vegas judge has ordered rapper and TV personality Flavor Flav to stand trial for allegedly threatening his girlfriend's 17-year-old son with a knife.Justice of the Peace Melanie Andress-Tobiasson announced her decision at a hearing Wednesday, E! News reported.The jurist determined there is enough evidence for Flav to be tried in Nevada state court on felony charges of assault with a weapon and child endangerment.The hip-hop artist was arrested Oct. 17, 2012. He is accused of shoving Elizabeth Trujillo, his live-in girlfriend of eight years,[url=http://www.govtvault.com/]gucci belt men[/url], during a heated argument. Confronted by Trujillo's 17-year-old son who tried to intervene, Flav allegedly grabbed a butcher's knife, a steak knife and a pizza cutter, and chased the 6-foot-3-inch-tall boy to a bedroom, threatening his life and stabbing the door with a knife,[url=http://www.myeduhelp.com/]christian louboutin men[/url], E! said.Andress-Tobiasson set April 18 as the date for Flav's arraignment on the felony charges and a misdemeanor domestic violence battery charge.It is unclear whether Flav and Trujillo are still a couple. |
