It used to be a great spot to shop. Within the last month or two they've really landed on very cheap. I have gone there several times after work which I consider PEAK time. 4-6pm. What you know already more registers would be open. There were only 4 registers open and a few self serve registers open. The lines were 6 and 7 deep all over the place you looked. I had been so angry I felt like I needed to take an Ativan and I am not even on medicine. I was in line for over a half hour. The management is inept. They don worry about satified customers. Affordable prices is not everything. We the people like customer service too. I have decided I'll shop and Kroger and Harris Teeter than be abused and brought as a given by big Sam. I am prepared to pay a little more for satisfaction. Your frozen goods will be defrosted by the time you take a look at at Wal-mart. Someone should educate the management to have more registers open during peak time and on week ends when most people shop. I don think this really is brain surgery. It follows!!!!! Good Bye Wal-mart. <br />Pros: Cheap prices to go with the worthiness they put on their clients <br />Cons: everything <br />Regardless of how often I?ve experienced this store it?s always a big disappointment. Don?t buy frozen food there. Why? Because when it requires you to check out, the food is going to be defrosted and soggy. Not because of crowds. No. It?s because of the fact they often only have ONE full service check-out lane open in the early evenings. I think you'll like waiting Three or four people deep within the self-service lanes!
