His book was yanked from most sellers after Kate claimed the information contained in it was obtained illegally, the newspaper said.Kate is now seeking compensatory and punitive damages, as well as court fees and actual damages. The amount has not been specified.The Gosselins gained fame on the TLC reality show "Jon & Kate plus 8," however, Jon was caught cheating on Kate with another woman and the couple separated in 2009.
