"Django Unchained" and "Zero Dark Thirty" are each nominated five times, "The Master" and "Amour" earned four nominations apiece, and "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" and "Silver Linings Playbook" are up for three awards. "Lincoln" is nominated for Best Film, Adapted Screenplay, Original Music, Cinematography, Production Design, Costume Design and Makeup and Hair. Its star Daniel Day-Lewis is nominated for Leading Actor, Tommy Lee Jones is nominated for Supporting Actor and Sally Field is nominated for Supporting Actress.Competing with "Lincoln" for the British Academy of Film and Television Arts' top prize of Best Film are "Argo," "Life of Pi," "Les Miserables" and "Zero Dark Thirty."
