"Qatar will use the enhanced capability to strengthen its homeland defense."The principal contractors for the deal would be the Raytheon/Lockheed Martin Javelin Joint Venture in Orlando, Fla. and Tucson.Assignment of additional U.S. government or contractor representatives to Qatar wouldn't be required.
