Kim Jong Un: North Korea to take 'substantial measures' against U.S.
PYONGYANG, North Korea, Jan. 27 () -- North Korean leader Kim Jong Un promised to take unspecified "substantial measures" in retaliation against U.S. and U.N. sanctions against missile tests.
