Sara Rue attempted to lose weight with Jenny Craig. Seven months after her weight loss journey,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the "Eastwick" star is 50 pounds lighter.

While Rue had to work hard to incorporate exercise,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], she made small "steps" at first by putting on a pedometer and striving to obtain as many stages in per day. After that,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], she started to take on small runs.
I started running I would run for just one minute and walk for ten,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Now I'm able to run for two-and-a-half hours straight,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. That insane! I never might have thought 6 months ago that I would be able to run much.
Now,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Rue is regularly logging 45-60 minutes of cardio, five to six times per week and it is working towards her first marathon run - Much like fellow Jenny Craig spokesperson Valerie Bertinelli.
Other famous faces to rep Jenny Craig's weight loss program include (as stated before) Valerie Bertinelli and Nicole Sullivan,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Bertinelli lost nearly 40 pounds on her Jenny Craig journey and Nicole lost over 35 pounds.
