Tessa Worley wins ladies' giant slalom; France's 4th medal at worlds
SCHLADMING, Austria, Feb. 14 () -- Tessa Worley of France cruised to the gold medal in the women's giant slalom at the Alpine World Championships in Austria Thursday.Worley turned in two solid runs for a combined time of 2 minutes, 8.06 seconds, a comfortable 1.12 seconds faster than runner-up Tina Maze of Slovenia."It was hard today," said Worley.
