Chris Brown has gone on the record, comparing pop star Justin Bieber to himself… and Elvis.
The 23-year-old singer spoke to US radio station Power 105.1FM about Justin's latest brush with negative press,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which he believes is not dissimilar to how he was treated by the media following his highly publicised assault of girlfriend Rihanna four years ago.
"With [Justin],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it's a case of how I feel. It's being young, having limitless amount of income for whatever you want to do as a young guy. And then,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], at the same time,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you don't have nobody that's gonna say, 'Hey, bruh, you look whack right now,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],'" he said.
Chris also called out the media who have laid blame on Justin's friend Lil Twist, for allegedly introducing the 19-year-old to marijuana.
"I just feel like [the mainstream media] are gonna target the little black boys around him and say, 'Hey, so this is why he's doing it.' . So I pray for [Justin], I pray for myself. I think we both go through it because we're great artists. He's a big artist to his fans and everybody,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you know? He's like Baby Elvis out here."
