Raleigh real estate investor has followed through with his plan to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection to avoid foreclosure of his Burlington Outlet Village property in Burlington,[url=http://bigdiscountbags.com/rss_feed.html?cPath=282&feed=products/]WOOLRICH CLOTHING[/url].
BMOC Investors LLC has filed for bankruptcy protection, according to documents filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s Eastern District of North Carolina.
Anthony is the managing member of BMOC Investors LLC, and the entity’s sole asset is Burlington Outlet Village, a 250,000-square-foot shopping center off of Interstate 40/85 that he and a group of family investors bought in 2006.
The nine-page bankruptcy petition lists five unsecured creditors with the largest being a $27,[url=http://cheapshoescollocation.com/rss_feed/?cPath=352&feed=products/]Chrome Hearts Shoes[/url],725 debt owed to Baker Roofing of Greensboro and an $18,[url=http://hotsalecheapshoes.com/rss_feed/?cPath=75&feed=products/]Nike Limited Edition Shoes[/url],000 debt to CRC-Raleigh NC of Apex.
