Why is it that we have to pay for our own uniforms now. I mean hello we work for you and shouldn't have to pay for something once we get we ruin. If you want people all look like employees we should have our store logo on us still. At my store we still have new employees coming and ones that have been for well over 6 months that are wearing t-shirts and in a light blueish green color. I don't get it. What happened to policy. I love how some people get to do what they want and others have to follow rules. Like the whole no tennis shoes and we have to wear dress shoes. Why is it that the new employees can wear slipper like shoes and or sneakers? I had to get a doctors note to wear tennis shoes because of my knees and ankles needed the support. lands end is giving me the complete runaround. I ordered two shirts online 3 and 1/2 weeks ago and they never came. I called and they said order never went through. SO I placed order over the phone and was told that they would upgrade my ups to second day and i would have them on thurs. Its now friday night and i never received them. At least two other employees at my store are having problems getting them.
