When trying to record some webcasts the recording software within 5 minutes is using 35-45% cpu,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Should be around 10%,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
The player I'm recording from whether its WMP or a browser based player in the same 5 minutes is using approximately the same 45% CPU,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. So doing this simple task keeps my CPU pegged between 80-100% cpu usage,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. A month ago I could watch streamin currancy charts while listening to music and watching 2 video streams at the same time and only be using about 60% CPU,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
All of these programs on my other computer work fine at about 70% LESS CPU,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and it's got a slower AMD CPU and 1/2 the mem. WMP,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], e-mail,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], LiteCam all around 8-15% at their peak.
Problem computer:
ASUS P5GC-MX/1333
Intel 2,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].8 ghz dual core
2gb 667mhz
128mb GeForce 6800
Win XP SP3
AVG virus
AdvancedSystemCare PRO
I also ran 4 other system scans from various vendors,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. You guys are my last hope before I wipe,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. I've been Googling for 2 days,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. I've never gotten a virus before and I have my doubts that this is one,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
