Mars Bar mini trifles,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]
1 Have ready 6 individual dessert pots or serving glasses,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], about 250ml capacity. For the jelly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], cut the 4 gelatine leaves into broad strips,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], place in a bowl,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], cover with cold water and leave to soak for 5 minutes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then drain.
2 Pour the coffee over the sugar in a jug or bowl and stir until it dissolves. Pour about half of this on to the soaked gelatine and stir until it dissolves,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then stir the solution back into the rest of the coffee. Arrange the trifle sponges in the bases of your dishes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], cutting them to fit,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and pour the jelly solution over. Leave to cool,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then cover and chill for several hours until set.

Chop up two of the Mars Bars and place in a small nonstick pan with the milk and half of the cream. Bring to the boil,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], whisking until the Mars Bars
have completely melted. Pour a little of this over the soaked gelatine and stir until completely dissolved,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then return to the rest of the mixture, cover and leave to cool.
4 Give the topping a stir and pour it over the coffee jelly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], cover and chill for several hours or overnight until set.
5 To serve,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], whisk the remaining cream until it forms fluffy peaks. Dollop a little of the cream on top of the desserts (or cover the tops completely). Finish each one with a crushed mini chocolate egg or slivers of Mars Bar (chill this first to make slicing easier).
